I had a fantastic time at Perticari in Pesaro. The location was ideal, right next to the beach and close to great restaurants and bars. My room had a wonderful sea view and was spacious and clean. The towels were changed daily and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the access to the private beach and the option to park on the street with a provided card. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The location is great, you can not beat it. Perfect place for discovering Pesaro. We appreciated Pizzeria Fridy, situated 300 feet away from the hotel. Excellent for visiting palla di pomodoro.
Nothing to dislike.

Pool and location
Very limited places to sit inside when it rained. Very constricted space around the pool. Breakfasts and dinners only so-so

Location - the room was with sea view, the hotel is on the first coast line. Beauty even in rainy, sunny weather. If it's summer, it's practically on the beach. Breakfasts are modest but decent, there is a choice of fruit, pastries, dairy products. Coffee was brought by waiters to order for some reason. The staff of the restaurant is friendly, at reception - 50/50. Someone is ready to help, and someone behaves very discreetly and closed. There is a large pool (together with another hotel) and a great new playground for children. Also in the inner cozy patio you can sit at the table and have a cup of coffee. There are free bikes (but you should ask at reception, because they will not tell you about it).
The room fund's pretty shabby, the furniture's budget. The hangers in the closet were multi-caliber, it felt like they'd picked up the unwanted ones from the stores. The floor was tiled, which may be a plus in the hot season, but in May it was cold and very uncomfortable. When settling in did not say that when you go to pay the city tax must be paid in cash, the card payment is not accepted, which caused inconvenience - had to run to the ATM, because they planned to pay everything by card. In the restaurant you need to come up and remind if the food or cutlery ran out after the previous guests to bring, to ask each time paper napkins, if you need extra.

We were right on the beach and it was very handy for public transport.
Noises from ajoining rooms was a little loud. Scraping of chairs from above.

Hotel was well located. Beach is opposite hotel, as are bars and restaurants. 10mins walk from central pesaro and Rossini theatre.
The air-con was very loud in the room. Our fridge didn't work, we advised staff 4 times, to no avail. Decor is very dated in the hotel and breakfast was not good. I feel this hotel is overpriced.

The hotel had a great location, being very close to the beach and having a lovely sea view from the rooms. The rooms were a good size and clean, with modern bathroom facilities. The friendly staff provided a good continental breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice of fresh fruit, bread and cold meats.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with beautiful sea views from all rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with modern shower cubicles. Off-street parking is available, a valuable perk considering the local parking restrictions. The balcony offers an excellent view, perfect for enjoying in a better season. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well-designed. The furniture is elegant and the closets provide ample storage space. The breakfast waiters are exceptionally friendly. The hotel offers a nice swimming pool and the option of on-site parking.
